Co-produced career guidance intervention for people living with dementia
  Project, led by Dr Louise Ritchie of the University of the West of Scotland and Co-investigators (Prof Debbie Tolson and Emma Bolger of University of the Westof Scotland, Dr Valerie Egdell and Katie Brittain of Northumbria University and myself) to co-produce career guidance intervention for people living with dementia.


• Objective 1: Scope current practice around supporting people living with dementia to retain employment or to seek alternative employment or unpaid occupation
• Objective 2: Explore and imagine the role that career development professionals could play in supporting people living with dementia with employment-related decisions
• Objective 3: Understand the potential outcomes for people living with dementia in engaging with career guidance tools and techniques
• Objective 4: Work collaboratively with people living with dementia, career development and health and social care professionals to co-produce a career guidance intervention for people living with dementia
• Objective 5: Field test the career guidance intervention with post-diagnostic service providers and career development professionals in Scotland and England
