Development of High-Performance Conductive Films from Recycled Polyolefins
This project focuses on developing novel composites made from recycled plastic waste (scraps) doped with carbon nanotubes (CNTs) for use in a variety of sensing applications, such as environmental monitoring, wearable sensors, and industrial safety systems. The aim is to repurpose plastic waste into functional materials with added value through the incorporation of CNTs, which can enhance electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties. These composites will be tailored for use as flexible and durable sensors capable of detecting a range of physical and chemical stimuli, including pressure, strain, temperature, and gas concentrations
