  This research is instigated by the Personnel Managers Association (PPMA), working in collaboration with Capital Ambition and Local Authority Improvement and Development , and involves an examination of the current perceived Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in three distinct organisations – a large unitary authority, a mid-sized district authority and a small borough authority.
