Energy Optimisation for Craft Distilling
  Traditionally energy balance in distilling has focused around process function or building. The intention of this project, focussing on Strathearn Distillery, is to develop a holistic approach which includes aspects such as redundancy of equipment and a site balance approach which can be simply modelled so that it can be used by other small scale distillers. With the addition of each new distiller, the model will expand.
The application of new technologies and process optimisation within the Craft Distilling Sector will be assessed as part of this study.
