Intro of enhanced energy efficiency measures into social housing modernisation prog
The feasibility study will compare the cost benefits of introducing previously trialled thermal and energy efficient technologies into four different ex-Scottish Special Housing Association (SSHA) properties versus and extensive renewal of the heating and ventilation systems with a view to enhancing thermal performance and air quality. It will evaluate the potential benefits to the occupiers in terms of cost, health and convenience.
