SDS-SGSSS PhD: Meta-skills maturity for future workplaces
Workplaces seek creative, innovative, information literate employees with high-order, transferable skills to positively disrupt enterprises and communities, and to deliver exiting new products and services for the future. Known as ‘meta-skills’, these are not well defined, nor are the metacognitive processes for achieving them fully understood in a workplace context.
The aim of the proposed work is to develop new knowledge and practical tools that will produce a paradigm shift in workplace skills development as related to meta-skills
