Hong Kong Scholarship Trust

This scholarship supports Hong Kong students who are permanent residents of the SAR and have Hong Kong as the primary place of residence, and who are not already degree-holders, to study at undergraduate level at Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland.  Applicants must have an IELTS score of 6.0 or above.

Scholarship value

The scholarship covers annual tuition fees up to a maximum of £16,000 per year.

Application process

Applications to the Hong Kong Scholarship Trust are currently paused. Applications for funding starting academic year 2027/28 are due on the 30th of April 2027. Please complete this scholarship application form and submit to the below email address:
