Why did you choose to study your course here at Edinburgh Napier University?

After submission and admission to a few UK universities, I had to decide on which one best fit my future goals and provided the necessary courses to achieve that. Edinburgh Napier University fulfilled this through its elaborate description of its course modules, the assessment and teaching methods as well as the diverse student population, culture, and traditions.

What have you enjoyed most about the programme so far?

I have enjoyed meeting people, the groupwork and understanding the different perspective they have. Through this, I have made friends for a lifetime.

How did you find the application process when applying for Edinburgh Napier?

The application process for Edinburgh Napier was really user friendly and easy to understand. The counterpart in Ghana was quite helpful in getting the necessary documents and the international team here in Edinburgh Napier were checking up to ensure a smooth process.

How do you find the overall university experience here in Edinburgh

Edinburgh is still the same peaceful city with the necessary precautions set by the government. Although due to COVID, the experience of going for lectures has been cut short, the university has done its best to get us to still stay in touch with our professors, library access and providing wellness session to help students deal with this worldwide change. My university experience has been an interesting one and very eye opening.

What is your favourite thing about living in Scotland?

The people of Scotland are very friendly and willing to help especially when you take the wrong bus. Scotland is not as busy as other countries in the UK; like England. There is always a park or hill close by for you to catch your breath and relax after a long week.
