Entry requirements


If you have completed the Emirati High School qualification, you would generally be required to complete an international foundation programme to be considered for entry to year one of our bachelors courses. 

If you think you might need to complete a foundation or pathway programme, please contact the International Team to discuss your options at international@napier.ac.uk

We also accept the International Baccalaureate, GCE A-Levels, India curriculum, Pakistan curriculum and US curriculum, please see the relevant country pages for the education system completed.


You will be eligible to apply if you have gained a bachelors degree with 2.5/4.0 or above.

English language

You are required to sit an English language test to gain entry to the University.

We also offer various pre-sessional English language programmes if you have test results below our minimum requirements. 

Some courses may require a higher English language score. Please search for the course you're interested in to find out more.
