This one-day on-campus course provides a practical and accessible introduction to People Analytics for HR professionals and people managers in the public and not-for-profit sectors.

Participants will explore how people data can be used:

  • to inform better decision-making,
  • strengthen organisational insight,
  • and enhance employee wellbeing and performance.

Through a blend of interactive learning, hands-on exercises, and real-world case examples, the course builds confidence in understanding, analysing and communicating people data responsibly and ethically.

No prior analytics or technical experience is required.
