The Green Belt is a 3-day on-site course that builds on the introductory element (Yellow Belt course) to broaden knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques. This intensive course is high in practical content and comprises of 13 modules

The Six Sigma Green Belt certification is primarily aimed at individuals who are looking to understanding of the Six Sigma methodology and its tools. It is designed to be relevant for a diverse mix of career stages and professions and is applicable across levels and sectors:
- Support Roles in Projects: Employees who will participate in Six Sigma projects as team leaders.
- Managers and Supervisors: Those who oversee processes or teams and need to lead Six Sigma projects to support process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement within their teams.
- Professionals Seeking Career Advancement: Individuals who want to enhance their resumes and skill sets by acquiring a recognised certification in process improvement methodologies.
