Supporting trans+ employees and clients: an exploration of the new legal landscape for employers and businesses
This half-day course explores the recent Supreme Court decision of For Women Scotland [2025] and considers its likely implications for employers and employees, taking into account the current policy climate of the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
We will clarify your understanding of the current law, and the impact of the decision.
We provide a space to explore practical and actionable strategies for supporting trans employees (and customers) in this rapidly-changing environment, and also highlight the potential for further future policy and legal change.
