Edinburgh Napier Enterprise Hub expands support through Bright Red Triangle collaboration with Queen Margaret University and Edinburgh College

In 2024, Edinburgh Napier University’s enterprise hub, Bright Red Triangle (BRT), has formed an innovative new partnership with Queen Margaret University (QMU) and Edinburgh College (EC) to extend its entrepreneurial support services to an even broader community. Through this collaboration, students, graduates, and staff across these institutions will gain access to guidance, training, and resources aimed at building strong enterprise skills for professional growth, while also supporting them in bringing entrepreneurial ideas to life as business ventures.

This pioneering initiative aligns closely with both the Scottish Government’s National Innovation Strategy 2023-2033 and the Entrepreneurial Campus blueprint, which aim to position Scotland as a hub of innovation and entrepreneurship.

This partnership strives to create a dynamic, interdisciplinary network fostering entrepreneurship across a broad spectrum of sectors—health, food and drink, creative industries, tourism, design, engineering, construction, computing, and artificial intelligence.

Through these efforts, BRT, QMU, and EC aim to support the Scottish Government’s goals for fostering entrepreneurial talent and enhancing graduate employability, while also addressing gender and diversity gaps in entrepreneurship. This collaboration aligns with the Scottish Government’s commitment to strengthening regional and cross-institutional partnerships, creating an inclusive environment that encourages economic development and helps retain talent across Scotland
