This talk will cover several topics related to the computational realisation of personal and social human concepts to promote desirable outcomes in systems of autonomous agents (both software and human). I will discuss work on modelling and tracking agent's expectations, learning social norms from observation, and selecting agent plans that optimise the user's experience based on their personal values.
