Circularly Polarised Micrsotrip Patch Antennas for Satellite Communications
A circularly polarised microstrip patch antenna is proposed. The proposed antenna has a simple structure, consisting of a square patch with slots and using microstrip line feeding technique. The antenna design is successfully simulated and physically implemented using two different dielectric substrates. The simulations showed good agreement with the measurements and the antenna appears appropriate for the satellite applications.
