Our classic English Language & Culture Summer School is back in 2021, only this time, it's ONLINE! Our summer school returns this year with one main difference, instead of our students flying to Scotland, we will be bringing Scotland to you.
About the summer school
Our summer school is fun, interactive and infused with British culture and traditions. It runs for two weeks in July each year.
The course aims to balance learning and fun. It will be a fantastic opportunity for students to improve their English language skills while learning about Scotland’s history and culture over two weeks. This will be further enhanced by virtual visits to various historic and cultural sites.
Classes will also include English grammar and vocabulary, intercultural communication, academic discussion, and presentations. The course will culminate with you, the students, giving presentations in groups on the last Friday of the course.
This course is designed for international students who would like to improve their English language skills. To join this course, you should meet the following requirements:
• Minimum age of 18
• Reccommended: Intermediate English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 4.5-5.0).
The two-week course costs £450 per person. It will run twice a day, Mon-Fri at 8am and 12pm (UK time).
