The masterclass will be built around your own issues and will give you a chance to talk directly with a world expert about some of the most important and difficult issues you are facing in selling today.

Neil is known throughout the world as a speaker, writer and seminal thinker on sales and marketing issues. Three of his books have been on the New York Times best seller list and his works have been translated into over 50 languages. He has been Chairman and CEO of three international research and consulting firms. Neil is also widely recognized as a highly original and creative trainer and communicator. His work in sales training won him the Instructional Systems Association lifetime award for Innovation in Training and Instruction. Neil has worked closely with many leading sales forces such as IBM, Xerox, AT&T and Citicorp. He has also worked extensively with senior partners in some of the world’s most successful professional services organisations including McKinsey & Company.

Neil is Visiting Professor in ‘Strategic Selling’ at Edinburgh Napier University. As part of his role Neil has kindly agreed to deliver a series of Masterclasses to Scottish/ UK based businesses. Importantly all proceeds from these Masterclasses go directly towards high impact research sales projects here in Scotland.

Neil will lead a discussion between equals about interesting issues.  To get things going, Neil will set the scene with a brief presentation on the “Five Megatrends” that have defined selling. Neil will then focus upon your hot issues.  You are invited to share your most difficult and pressing sales issues. The most interesting of these issues (selected by you) will then be focused upon for the remainder of the masterclass. The topics can cover anything in the field. There may be questions on recruitment, compensation, training, analytics, Internet selling, relations between marketing and sales and so on.
