This event is for those who have received an offer to study with us for an undergraduate degree in 2020 or 2021 and is by invitation only.

Please note: Your invitation to/attendance at this event does not guarantee a place on your chosen course and you must keep up-to-date with any decisions regarding your application(s) via UCAS Track.

Learning with us

All our lecturers have PhDs in this exciting field, hold or are working towards fellowship of the Higher Education Academy, or are Chartered Psychologists. Courses are informed by our staff’s own research in areas such as gender and migration, face recognition, jury decision making, imprisonment, victimisation and restorative justice.

Students have access to purpose built labs and data analysis software, enabling them to conduct research and other practical work. In addition to specialist labs for perception, eye tracking and observation of social interaction, we also have numerous experimental interview rooms supported by state of the art video cameras and editing facilities.

Our Psychology courses are fully accredited by the British Psychological Society. We are the only Scottish university to offer a Policing degree and stand as one of the top five universities in Scotland for Criminology (Guardian University Guide 2019).
