    How you’ll be taught

Students will spend a significant proportion of their study time face to face on campus at City of Glasgow College, supported by online learning materials provided by Edinburgh Napier University. Teaching is delivered through a blended approach, combining on-campus learning with online and pre-recorded content to provide flexibility and support independent study.

Teaching is delivered through a mixture of lectures, tutorials, workshops, group activities, and online learning. Students  will engage with both academic concepts and practical industry examples, supported by digital learning resources and guided independent study.

Lectures typically introduce key concepts, theories, and industry examples using interactive activities and discussion. Tutorials and workshops are more practical and student-focused, giving students the opportunity to apply ideas through case studies, problem-solving tasks, group discussions, and presentations, with regular feedback from tutors.

Practical elements include industry-based case studies, group projects, presentations, applied assessments, and an Industry Project module. These activities help students apply their learning to real tourism and airline management scenarios and develop skills that are directly relevant to the workplace.
