Biography
Dr. Rahman Khan is a lecturer in human resource management at The Business School, Edinburgh Napier University. Previously, he was working as a senior lecturer at Westminster International University in Tashkent. In addition, he worked as a course leader of MA in Human Resource Management and Talent Development.
Rahman has held academic positions at several universities in France, Uzbekistan, and Pakistan. He taught modules such as Organizational Behavior and Leadership, HR Analytics, Strategic Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Resourcing and Development, and Cross-Cultural Management, among others.
His research interests include workplace mistreatments, microaggressions towards women, inclusive leadership, destructive leadership, employee silence, etc. Rahman has published in several reputed journals such as Applied Psychology: An International Review, Journal of Personality, and Personnel Review. He regularly presents his research work in international conferences like AOM, BAM, EURAM, SIOP, etc.
Rahman Khan got his PhD in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Pau, France. Additionally, he completed his post-doctorate in 'Future of Work' from Neoma Business School, France.
