Lecturer T&S

Biography

I am a vocalist, specialising in Jazz through much of the broad spectrum that the stylistic label implies. I am a lecturer and program designer in Popular Music at Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland, where I specialise in vocal performance, ensemble skills and creative practices. As an educator I draw on experience in teaching and training across multiple skill sets and age groups, including previous employment working with a youth choir, as a learning assistant and music instructor in a specialist school for at risk children, and collaborating in the delivery of weekend jazz workshops for NYJOS. I was awarded senior fellowship of the higher Education Academy in 2018.
