  - Thesis is a single organisation (multi-site) case study, utilising documentary analysis interviews and observations, involving clinical staff, improvement leads and clinical and non-clinical managers at all levels in the healthcare hierarchy. Seven conference papers, each focusing on different strands of results, have been presented in 2012-2016. External examiners: Professor Zoe Radnor and Dr Sharon Williams.
