Entry requirements
Undergraduate
You are eligible to apply if you have completed the Diploma za Sredno Obravozanie or Диплома за Cредно Oбразование (Diploma of Completed Secondary Education) with a minimum average grade of 4.5/6 or 59/100 or above and with grade 4 in two state maturity examinations. If a course requires a grade B at SQA Higher for a specific subject then you must have gained grade 5 in that subject.
Please note that international students are unable to enrol onto the Nursing programmes.
European Baccalaureate
If you are applying with a European Baccalaureate, you are eligible if you have gained either 60 or 70% depending on the course you choose to apply for. If a course requires an SQA Higher at grade B then 70% is required. Visit our course pages to find out more.

Postgraduate
You are eligible to apply if you have gained the following with a grade of 4/6 or above (Dobur or above) which is equivalent to a 2:2 and a 5/6 or above (Mnogo Dobur or above) which is equivalent to a 2:1:
- Бакалавър (awarded from 2003) - British Bachelor (Honours) degree standard
- Диплома за Заваршено Висше Образование (Diploma of Completed Higher Education) up to and including 1995 only - British Bachelor degree standard
- Професионален бакалавър (from 2003 onwards) - British Bachelor (Honours) degree standard

You are are required to sit an English language test to gain entry to the University.

Pathway programmes
Edinburgh Napier University International College (ENUIC) is an embedded on campus college for international students to start their studies at Edinburgh Napier University. It is located in the historic, city centre campus of Merchiston, with easy access to student accommodation.
Pathway programmes at ENUIC prepare students for their chosen future degree with academic and English language support. ENUIC offers students the option between International Stage One, International Stage Two, or an International Incorporated Masters.
