Our programmes develop business knowledge and skills that can be applied to operational life across specific professional areas. With in-course and extra-curricular sessions that also improve self-awareness and develop soft skills appropriate to graduate careers, we prepare our students for employment. This includes the encouragement of positive and critical attitudes towards change and enterprise, to reflect the dynamism and vibrancy of the business environment

Accreditations

Many of our programmes are subject to professional accreditation or attract exemptions from professional body examinations. This extends to our international provision and assists in securing parity of standard and parity of outcome for our student body.

Professional recognition

Academic staff in the Business School are encouraged to obtain performance recognition for their achievements in teaching and learning and support. 77% now hold HEA Fellowships.
