Entry requirements

Undergraduate

You will generally be required to have completed the Vitnemal Videregaende Opplaering/ Vitnemål fra den Videregående Skole (Upper Secondary Leaving Certificate) with a minimum grade 3 or above to be eligible to apply.

Please note that some courses have specific subject requirements at grade 4. Contact us for more information.


Postgraduate

You will be eligible to apply if they have gained a bachelorgrad (from 2002 onwards) / Candidatus Magisterii / Sivilingeniør / Siviløkonom with an overall grade C or better.

English language

You are required to have gained a grade 4 or more in English during the Vitnemal Videregaende Opplaering/ Vitnemål fra den Videregående Skole (Upper Secondary Leaving Certificate).

We offer various pre-sessional English language programmes for applicants who have test results below the programme requirement. Some courses may require a higher English language score. Please search for the course you're interested in to find out more.

Scholarships

We have scholarships of £5,000 available for Norwegian students starting an undergraduate or postgraduate course at Edinburgh Napier in September 2018.
